This website was created to support the challenge and empowerment of women in business,
It was created to support We offer online coaching services in English and Japanese.

Story

私は日本の伝統文化の中心ともいえる、１２００年の歴史のある街、京都に生まれました。幼い頃から、共働きの親に育てられ、美術や建築を学びました。海外留学、海外駐在を経て、女性の可能性がもっともっと活躍する場があるということを学びました。VFUでは、女性がご自身の才能と使命に気づき、一人一人が活躍できる社会目指すためのスタートラインをサポートしています。
