Booking and Payment

  • Payment is by prepayment only. Your reservation is confirmed upon successful payment.

  • Cancellations made up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time are fully refundable. No refunds are available after that point.

  • If a stable session is not possible due to connectivity or device issues, we will reschedule your appointment.

  • Repeated no‑shows may result in refusal of future bookings.
